Product Introduction

PLG series three-phase (single) stabilizer is a new generation of voltage stabilization and transformer equipment developed and produced by our factory by introducing and absorbing Western European technology, and combined with our country's national conditions. PLG series three-phase stabilizer and transformer machine has the functions of voltage regulation, voltage transformation and bypass; It can meet a variety of devices with different voltage levels and has voltage regulation functions. It is especially suitable for UPS special regulated bypass power supply for large industrial enterprises. This series of products has many advantages such as large capacity, high efficiency, wide voltage regulation range, stable voltage regulation, and high voltage regulation accuracy. It is suitable for a wide range of loads, can withstand instantaneous overloads, and can work continuously for a long time. When the voltage level of the external power supply network is inconsistent with the load voltage level, and the voltage fluctuation or load change causes voltage fluctuation, the all-in-one machine can automatically keep the output voltage stable and meet the requirements of the load rated voltage. PLG series three-phase (single) phase stabilized transformer is widely used in industry, agriculture, transportation, post and telecommunications, oilfields, railways, construction sites, schools, hospitals, hotels, national defense, scientific research and other places where the voltage level needs to be changed (or needs to be isolated) and requires voltage stability. PLG series three-phase (single) phase stabilizer is mainly used indoors. Normal usage conditions are: 1. Ambient temperature: -15°C— +45°C; 2. Altitude: ≤ 2000 meters; 3. Relative humidity: ≤ 90%; 4. There are no gases, steam, chemical deposits, dust, dirt and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect the insulation of the voltage regulator; 5. There should be no serious vibration or bump in the installation site; 6. If it does not meet the special conditions of use specified above, please negotiate with our factory directly to determine.

Technical Parameters

Basic indicators

Protection function

Input voltage

380V±15c/o (three-phase) 220V±15c/o (single-phase) or special customization

short circuit

When the load equipment is short-circuited, cut off the output power supply

Output voltage

The rated output voltage can be selected within ±5C/O

overload

When the load exceeds the rated output capacity, the output power supply is cut off according to the reverse time limit curve

frequency

50Hz/60Hz

Reverse phase

Alarm and automatically cut off output power when the three-phase input phase sequence is wrong (optional function)

Response time

≤0.05S

Overvoltage

If the output exceeds the rated +10c/o (adjustable), the output will be cut off with an alarm and delayed for about 5 seconds (you can choose to only alarm but not cut off the output)

Stabilization time

The input voltage changes by 10 c/o relative to the rated value, and its stabilization time ≤ 1S

Undervoltage

If the output exceeds the rated -15c/o (adjustable), the alarm will be set off and the output will be delayed for about 5 seconds (you can choose to only alarm but not cut off the output)

bypass

When the input voltage is stable or the voltage regulator is faulty and repaired, it has a bypass pass-through device to power the user's equipment

Other indicators

Insulation resistance

The whole machine has a ≥ of 2 megaohms to the ground

How it works

It can work continuously unattended for a long time

Pressure resistance

The whole machine has no breakdown and no arc phenomenon at 2000VAC to the ground for 1 minute

EMI filtering device

Effectively filters out harmonic interference from the grid (optional configuration)

Waveform distortion

No additional waveform distortion

Lightning protection device

When the power grid changes instantaneously and lightning strikes are induced, it can play a good inrush current protection effect (optional configuration)

noise

≤55db

monitoring interface

RS232 and RS485 interfaces to realize remote control, remote signal, and telemetry functions (optional configuration)

efficiency

Below 50KVA is greater than 94c/o, above 100KVA is greater than 96%
